How to Care
Regarding the balloons: The balloon arrangement will be delivered as shown in the picture. Children under eight years old can choke on balloons. Please keep the balloon arrangement in a safe place away from sharp corners and edges when not in use. Helium balloons last 8-10 hours after inflation, depending on the conditions they are kept in and how they are handled.
Delivery Instructions
We have been delivering gifts for over 25 years, and we are committed to precision and timely delivery. Orders are delivered via our refrigerated fleet to ensure the highest quality. In very rare cases, if weather or traffic conditions are beyond our control, your delivery may be delayed, and you will be notified in advance. Once the order is prepared for delivery, it cannot be redirected to another address. For floral orders, some flowers may arrive in bud form to ensure a longer life for your bouquet. For cake orders, we have designed professional packaging and wrapping to maintain the shape and design.
