• When the flowers arrive in a bouquet, remove the packaging.
• Cut 1-2 cm from the stems and place the flowers in a vase with clean water.
• If the flowers arrive arranged, such as fixed in foam in a box or similar, you only need to ensure the foam is wet throughout the day.
• Please keep the flowers away from direct sunlight or air conditioning.
• For cakes, place them in the refrigerator immediately upon receipt until it's time to cut them.
• The cake should be returned to the fridge and consumed within 24 hours.

• Most of our orders are delivered on time according to the selected time frame.
• However, in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control, such as traffic congestion on the road, a remote delivery address, etc.
• Once the order is prepared for delivery, it cannot be redirected to any other address.
• Although we try to avoid it, substitution may sometimes be necessary due to temporary and/or local unavailability issues.
• Please note that we may need to do this without informing you, as we place the highest importance on on-time delivery since the majority of our orders are gifts for a specific occasion.
