Distinctive gifts need as much care as they are!

• When the roses arrive in bouquet form, remove the packaging.
• Cut 1-2 cm from the stems, place the roses in a vase with clean water.
• When your roses arrive in an arrangement, i.e. mounted on foam in a box or something similar, you just need to make sure the foam is wet throughout the day.
• Please keep the roses away from direct sunlight or air conditioning air.
• For cake, place it in the refrigerator immediately upon receipt. Until it is cut,
• The cake must be refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours.

• The majority of our orders are delivered on time according to the chosen time period.
• But in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control, such as traffic jam on the way, remote delivery address, etc.
• Once an order is prepared for delivery, delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
• Although we try to avoid this, substitution may sometimes be necessary due to temporary absence issues and/ Or local.
